Easy! Fill out the Request an Estimate form on this website or give us a call.
When we provide a estimate, it's our 'best guess' estimate based on the information you provided us about the size and condition of your home. If we feel we can't get the house cleaned as estimated, we will notify you immediately to give you the option to add more time at an additional cost or set priorities for what we will focus on.
We will bring most of the cleaning products and equipment needed to clean your home. In an effort to reduce the possible transmission of germs between homes, there are a few items that we ask customers to provide.

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, as always, we try to honor all requests.
No. Feel free to leave and enjoy time away as we take care of the cleaning for you! Your return home will be even more special! If you do need to be home, do not worry; we just ask that you social distance to another room entirely, and help to keep children and pets from interfering with the cleaning.
We do our best to be "on time." But, we do have a one-hour arrival window to account for traffic, going over on a previous home, or weather.
No contracts - we believe in working hard to earn your repeat business.
Cleaning Questions
We offer recurring residential maintenance services (weekly, biweekly and monthly), one-time deep cleanings, pre-listing, move in/out cleanings, and small office cleaning.

In most cases, we'll send 1 cleaning technician to your home. If the job is expected to be longer than 4 hours, we'll likely send a team of technicians.
Absolutely! Our cleaning technicians go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We hire for integrity and train for skill.
